Description
Vehicle Inspection Mirror, also commonly known as an Under Vehicle Search Mirror, is a specialized security and maintenance tool used to visually inspect hard-to-reach areas of a vehicle, most notably its undercarriage, without requiring the user to crouch, crawl, or use a lift.
Features:
- Shape and Type: Usually round and almost always convex (curved outward) to provide a wide, panoramic field of view, making it easier to scan a large area quickly. Some smaller or precision models may use a flat mirror.
- Material: Often made from lightweight, shatterproof materials like acrylic or durable glass to ensure longevity and safety.
- Rim: Features a protective, heavy-duty rubber rim to prevent the mirror from scratching the vehicle or getting damaged from impacts on the ground.
- Adjustability: Mounted on a swivel or ball joint that allows the mirror head to be rotated 180 or 360 degrees for flexible positioning and angle adjustments.
