Description

Reflective Tape (also known as conspicuity tape, retroreflective sheeting, or safety tape) is an adhesive film engineered with microscopic glass beads or prismatic lenses embedded within a protective layer. When light (such as a vehicle’s headlight) hits the tape, the internal structure reflects the light directly back to the source, making the marked object or area highly conspicuous in dim light, darkness, or poor weather. It is an inexpensive, effective safety measure essential for vehicles, traffic barriers, safety equipment, and industrial environments across Pakistan.

Features:

  • Micro-Prismatic Technology: High-performance grades use thousands of tiny prismatic structures that are far more efficient than traditional glass beads. This technology achieves superior brightness and light return, often meeting  (Department of Transportation) or  (European Standard) requirements for vehicle marking.
  • Wide Angle Reflectivity: The prismatic or beaded design ensures the tape remains bright and reflective even when viewed from wide angles off-axis from the light source, which is critical for side-on visibility on roads.
  • High  Adhesive: Features a strong, permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive (often acrylic-based) that adheres aggressively to various surfaces, including metal, plastic, fiberglass, and painted surfaces
  • Weather Resistance: Constructed with a durable outer film that resists harsh weather conditions, moisture, chemicals, dirt, and abrasion from cleaning or external friction
  • Flexible: The material is flexible and conformable, allowing for secure application around curves, rivets, and moderately uneven surfaces without cracking or peeling.
