Description
FULL BODY HARNESS 5224 is a critical piece of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) designed to safeguard individuals from falls while working at height. It consists of a system of adjustable straps that fit securely around the wearer’s shoulders, chest, pelvis, and thighs. The harness functions as the body support component of a fall arrest system, using a primary attachment point (usually a dorsal D-ring) to connect to an anchorage. In the event of a fall, it distributes the impact forces across the body’s strongest areas minimizing injury risk and keeping the worker suspended upright for rescue.
